Nobilis CAV P4 is an attenuated live freeze-dried vaccine against chicken anemia.

Composition:

Each dose contains at least 3.0 log₁₀ TC1D₅₀ of CAV strain 26P4

Indications
Used for passive immunization of chicks, via active immunization of breeders, against afflictions caused by chicken anemia virus.

Dosage & Administration:

One dose per bird via intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intracutaneous via Wing‑web administration.

Intramuscular or subcutaneous administration:

Reconstitute the vaccine in the diluent Dilavia. Select the amount of diluent to be used on the number of doses per vial (200ml per 1000 doses).

Administer 0.2 ml of the vaccine by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.

Intracutaneous administration via wing‑web method:

Reconstitute the vaccine in the diluent Unisolve. Select the amount of diluent to be used on the number of doses per vial (13ml per 1000 doses) Dip the double needle before vaccination of each bird into the vaccine suspension so that both grooves are filled. Insert the needle from beneath through the wing‑web.

Vaccination Schedule:

Single vaccination with one dose per bird from the age of 6 weeks, but at least 6 weeks before the start of the lying period.
